Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
At Arogo Health, your privacy is not an afterthought — it is the foundation of the product. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: your name, email address and password (stored securely in hashed form). Health records: the reports, prescriptions and documents you choose to upload. Usage data: basic technical information such as device type and app version, used to improve the Services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide and improve the Services: storing and displaying your records, syncing across your devices, and responding to support requests. We do not sell your personal or health data to anyone.
3. Security
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with industry-standard safeguards. Access to your health records is restricted to your account. No system is 100% secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
4. Sharing
Your records are shared only when you choose to share them. We may disclose information if required by law, or to trusted service providers who help operate our infrastructure under strict confidentiality obligations.
5. Your Rights & Choices
You can access, download, correct or delete your records at any time from the app. You may also request deletion of your entire account, in which case your data will be permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable period.
6. Children's Privacy
Arogo is not directed at children under 18. A parent or guardian may maintain records for their children under their own account.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect.
